Donors have the option of directing their contributions toward tuition assistance, sponsorship of a student, classroom or school of their choice, grants to schools or the endowment. Donors may sponsor a student, a school or a classroom.
Sponsorship of a school or classroom provides the tools to keep education on the cutting edge through curriculum enrichment, technology advances, equipment purchases and facility updates. Our Sponsorship and Patron Programs have been designed to give donors the opportunity to see their contributions at work. The sponsor may choose the amount of interaction with the receiving school, classroom and students.

Become a Shepherd of Hope Patron
A Shepherd of Hope Patron is one person, a group of people or an organization who commit to helping a struggling Catholic school provide a value-based education for students. Shepherd of Hope Patrons donate funds or in-kind products/services of at least $50,000 annually for three years.
Through the Shepherd of Hope Patrons Program, we can shape our educational system with corporate and business partnerships that make a significant difference in the lives of the thousands of inner-city youth who depend on us.
The program matches a Shepherd of Hope Patron often an individual, company or foundation, with a Catholic school. Working with the school's leadership, a Shepherd of Hope Patron helps to identify, prioritize and address a school's challenges, opportunities and road to success. Tuition Assistance Fund: Donations to this fund provide tuition assistance, based on financial need for students to attend the Catholic elementary or secondary school of their choice in the Archdiocese of San Antonio.
Grants to Catholic Schools Fund: Donations to this fund provide support to the Catholic schools to strengthen and enrich curriculum, advance technology, improve equipment and update facilities.
Endowment Fund: Donations designated to this fund are put in the Hope for the Future Endowment Fund which is held in the Catholic Community Foundation. Earnings are used for tuition assistance and grants to the Catholic schools in the Archdiocese of San Antonio.
Combined Federal Campaign: Federal employees may donate through the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC.)
